A refund may be available during the stated pre-submission period if no manuscript has been submitted. Once a manuscript is submitted and processing begins, the purchase becomes non-refundable. After a usable review is delivered, the service is non-refundable. Multi-submission packages are purchased as complete packages; once a package begins, unused submissions are not eligible for partial refunds. Expired unused submissions are non-refundable.
Digital guides, including the Chapter 1 Guide, the Chapter 3 Guide, and the Proposal Builder Bundle, are delivered instantly as downloadable PDFs. All sales of digital guides are final, and digital guides are non-refundable.
A refund is not provided merely because a customer or chair disagrees with feedback, the chair or committee requests additional revisions, the institution does not approve the dissertation, the customer does not successfully defend or graduate, or the customer does not use submissions before expiration. If ABD2DR ultimately cannot provide a usable purchased review after attempting to reprocess a genuine technical failure, appropriate refund handling may occur.
Submitted manuscripts and completed review files are confidential. They are not sold, published, publicly displayed, or shared with other customers. They are retained for a limited period for review delivery, account administration, customer support, recovery, and resending, and are then deleted according to ABD2DR’s document-retention practices. Necessary service, infrastructure, payment, and model providers may process information as required to deliver ABD2DR.
Each purchase is limited to the stated chapter scope, number of submissions, usage window, and word limit. All chapters in a multi-chapter package must be submitted together. Later submissions must be revised versions of the same study and the same purchased chapter set. ABD2DR does not replace institutional requirements, chair or committee guidance, or professional statistical, legal, medical, clinical, or technical advice.
